The data and deployment layer for Physical AI
Robots, taught by Japan.
Japan was built by hands.
Steel shaped by feel. A blade folded by memory. A plate set to the millimeter. The world called it monozukuri, and trusted Japan to make things right.
Now those hands are aging. The masters are retiring, and no one is coming to replace them. The skill that built Japan is about to disappear.
Physical AI runs on exactly this: the feel, the corrections a machine could never guess. Without that data, a robot knows nothing.
We capture what Japan's best hands do, before it's lost. And we teach robots to carry it forward.
Minamoto. The data and deployment layer for Physical AI.
Phase 1
Data

We work with diverse partners across Japan, from manufacturers to skilled trades to shops, and collect data from the most skilled hands, scoped exactly to what frontier labs need.
Phase 2
Deployment

Japan has one of the world's most acute labor shortages, so it's the first place physical AI goes to work. The robots the data trains go back to the same shops and trades it came from, and our data layer becomes the layer that deploys them.
